5. No Refund Policy

Artistra enforces a strict no refund policy on all completed orders. We believe in the quality of our services and are committed to ensuring client satisfaction. Instead of refunds, we offer a comprehensive revision system:

  • Revisions Instead of Refunds: If you're not completely satisfied with your delivered product, we encourage you to request revisions rather than seeking a refund. This allows us to address your specific concerns and improve the deliverable to meet your expectations.
  • Multiple Revision Requests: While we typically offer one revision per order (see Revision Policy below), in cases where satisfaction is a concern, we may provide additional revision opportunities at our discretion instead of processing a refund.
  • Clear Communication: To facilitate effective revisions, please provide detailed feedback about the changes you'd like to see. This helps us address your concerns efficiently.

By placing an order with Artistra, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.

6. Revision Policy

We strive to provide high-quality services that meet your expectations. Our revision policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Standard Revision Limit: Each order is eligible for one (1) standard revision at no additional cost. This revision should be requested within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable.
  • Revision Scope: Revisions must be within the original scope of work. Significant changes to the original requirements may be considered a new project and might incur additional charges.
  • Additional Revisions: If you require revisions beyond the standard allocation, additional fees may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding with extra revision work.
  • Revision Requests: All revision requests must be clear, specific, and submitted through our designated channels to ensure proper tracking and implementation.

7. WhatsApp Communication Requirement

Artistra requires clients to provide a valid WhatsApp number as part of our service process. This requirement serves several important purposes:

  • Direct and Immediate Communication: WhatsApp enables real-time communication between you and our team, allowing for quick clarifications, updates, and feedback that may be crucial for your project's success.
  • Enhanced Project Collaboration: The multimedia capabilities of WhatsApp (sending images, voice notes, documents) facilitate more effective collaboration, especially when discussing visual designs or complex concepts.
  • Timely Updates: We use WhatsApp to provide timely progress updates and to notify you when important milestones are reached or when your input is needed.
  • Secure Verification: WhatsApp helps us verify your identity and provides an additional layer of security for your account and orders.
  • After-Sales Support: Following project completion, WhatsApp serves as a convenient channel for any follow-up questions, assistance with deliverables, or discussion of future projects.

We respect your privacy and will only use your WhatsApp contact for legitimate business communications related to your projects. Your number will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

Required WhatsApp Number Format

WhatsApp numbers must be in the following format: 62851xxxxx (starting with country code 62 for Indonesia, followed by your phone number without any spaces or special characters).

Examples:

  • Correct: 6285123456789
  • Incorrect: +62851xxxx (contains + symbol)
  • Incorrect: 0851xxxx (missing country code)

8. Intellectual Property

The content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Artistra and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables as specified in their service agreement. Artistra retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Artistra be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of these Terms and by maintaining a current version of the Terms on our website.
